Spend great days on an historic golf course.
Sutton Coldfield Ladies Golf Club is proud to be one of the few remaining independent Golf Clubs offering lady membership only.
Founded in 1892 the club has a long history as does the famous course.
It was constructed within Sutton Park where, 500 years ago, King Henry VIII regularly hunted wild boar and entertained his friends.
Much later the course received the magic touch of Dr Alistair Mackenzie otherwise known for his design work at the Masters course Augusta USA.
The natural heathland course can be very challenging yet remains great fun for the beginner. It is fast draining, allowing year round play and avoiding the need to carry clubs in bad weather.
